Hotell nära H.E.B. Tennis Center

“Hotellet var rent och fint. Servicen var låg. Vi fick ett rum som inte var städat först.”

“👎”

“When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”

“Friendly staff. Clean and i appreciated the amenities.”

“Härlig frukost, fina rum och bra läge!”

“Bra fint hotell! Prisvärt ”

“The staff was helpful and courteous. Extremely central location to what you may need and getting places. Restaurants, mall, shopping all close by. Only real downfall we noticed this stay was quite a bit of early (4:00-5:00 a.m.) movement from patrons above us and around us that we could hear interrupting sleep. We understand that they were there for work so tried to be understanding and other patrons should as well as there are frequent stops by oil and gas workers in all hotels.”

“The customer service is awesome and the employees were knowledgeable.”

“Everything was great, very nice staff great!”

“Hotel is being remodeled and only had a bed in the room , no chair to relax in”
