“My stay has been very nice but what stood out the most is the very helpful and kind manager and housekeeping.everyone has been very welcoming and helpful ... Maybe in near future I hope they might consider coffee brewers for the room .. but I rate this experience a five star review all away across..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ”

“When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”

“The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. ”

“The room AC was not working our 1st night, but maintenance was not on duty. The 2nd night, the AC was still not working. The night desk clerk was able to check the unit and finally got it working. We have never had any problems when we had stayed there on previous occasions. ”

“The pictures on Expedia show a hot tub as a room amenity, but after talking to hotel staff, hot tubs have not been available for years. Very disappointing.”
