Our room was not ready until sometime after 4:00p.m. Otherwise, the room was comparatively clean and all was in order. After a long day after our first night, we came back to find our key would not open the door. “The front desk person checking me in was not at all helpful. Barely looked up. Not busy, only me. Might have been having a bad day, but certainly showed it in her attitude. Just gave me the room key and told me where the elevators were. That was the extent of our contact. Did not explain a annthing else regarding the hotel or amenities.”

“The hotel is very nice, however-- and they have no control-- but the proximity to I40 results in a lot of traffic related noise. ”
