“Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns.”

“Thank you so much for having us! Great host and the property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing.”

“We’re a family of five (older kids - small kids would suffer) so the quarters were tight, especially with one bathroom but the point of the place is to have a place to sleep in a city with plenty to do. I wouldn’t call this a luxury apartment as there were many missing finishing touches (there were still factory stickers on the kitchen window, the microwave is too small for its space, the bathroom mirror/light combo is…an interesting choice) and there isn’t really much “flop room” in a common...

“This home was very clean, bright, stylish, and comfortable. Host was awesome to communicate with. We found parking easily. Really great place to stay for a couple nights!”

“Good location. Easy to get around.”

“Perfect location! Close to grocery and fitness center for those that are there for a longer stay. Comfortable and clean.”

“The house was very clean as described. Will definitely rent out again and will recommend to family and friends.”

“Check in was easy. The place was immaculate and everything worked. However, the kitchen was sparse on amenities. No foil or food wrap, no tea kettle, no cooking oil, etc. Also, it would have been nice to have a spare blanket, Kleenex and other thoughtful touches That set apart a rental.”

“Super nice house! We loved how close is was to everything in New Orleans.”

“The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!”
