“I really enjoyed my time at Dark Horse. The owner and staff are warm and welcoming, and helped out in many ways, both big and small. Breakfasts and dinners were good and the lounge/dining room was a comfortable place to relax after riding. It was great value for the money. I would recommend it, and would stay there again without hesitation.”

“Nice lodge, close to bus line that reach the skiing area. Friendly and guests as well as management. All people are there for the skiing and you can make your own breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen. I would stay there again if going again.”

“Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. ”

“Our stay at Hakuba House was incredibly homely. Grant and his team are exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay in Hakuba the best it could be. It was great to be able to come home after a day on the slopes and relax by the fire with a drink from the bar. Hakuba house is conveniently located near to shuttles and restaurants, and the staff were happy to drop us to dinner and make reservations for restaurants and Onsens. ”

“I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean on arrival however our room was not cleaned during the stay. We were pleased and surprised to be provided with cooked...

“ホテルは土足厳禁ですが、非常にきれいでお風呂も大きくて非常に快適。八方尾根はスキーヤーの聖地なんでボーダーが行くのはおすすめしませんが、このホテルは本当におすすめ。駐車場もずっと水が出てて凍結などの心配もなし。部屋もきれいで広い。すばらしかった。”

“ホテルズドットコムの設備情報と違っていて、簡易キッチンが無くて準備した食材等が使えなくなってしまった。5人で泊まったが、歯ブラシは2名分の用意のみで、フロントに行っても不在でもらえなかった。オリンピック中なのにＴＶアンテナが壊れていて見らなかった。”

“オーナーさんが気さくな方で、気持ちよく過ごしました。 和モダンなお部屋は清潔で、帰ると良い香りがしました。朝食付き夕食なしプランでしたが、朝食は美味しかったです。夕食はお客さん同士がワイワイと賑やかで楽しそうにされていて、次に伺う際は夕食付きにしようと思います。 お風呂使用中の札が分かりづらく、私が使用中に他の方が入りそうになったようなので、分かりやすく工夫をされると良いかなと思います。 トイレが男女共用なので、男性が入っている時に女性は使用しにくいなと思いました。”
