“The condo is beautiful inside and very nicely updated. The layout of the condo is great and has plenty of room . We had everything we needed for our stay and really enjoyed the deck with the nice little ocean view. It is situated very close to the beach and in walking distance to many amenities. The owner is wonderful to work with and very responsive to messages. We will definitely try booking again!”

“This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!”

“My girlfriend and I loved this studio. We stayed for 6 nights and used it as a base to explore the island, before spending a few days on a resort. “I’ve stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani many times, but this was the first time in Katarina’s condo. We had such a wonderful time. “The best features of this property is location and view. I think this is the only 6 story building in the area and is designed with all units to have an ocean view. Since this unit is on the top floor, the ocean view was the best! We enjoyed watching surfers, both experienced and beginners in surf school, from our lanai. The location is adjacent to shops, restaurants, and bars. The building lower level has shops including a great deli and a convenience store.it also has good off street parking....
