“This property was everything we could wish for in a lakeside cabin. Secluded, quiet & beautiful land complete with a gas grill, fire pit, porch seating for cool evening dinners, spacious dock for lazy days fishing or swimming and a canoe with paddle’s & various sized life jackets for exploring lake Smith. The cabin was super clean with all of the necessities. The beds & linens are comfy with extra blankets just in case. We loved our stay & recommend to everyone.”

“An absolutely wonderful stay! My friends (10 adults) go on a Smith Lake trip every year and we FINALLY found the house we’re gonna go back to year after year!! Had everything we needed, great comfy beds, plenty of communal space. We loved that there were many options for spaces to hang out around the house. The hosts and property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. The dock was awesome and well stocked with toys. We also appreciated that the lot was flat and didn’t have to go down...

“The house is exactly as described! Beautiful part of the lake and we had peaceful mornings with coffee on the back porch. The boat ramp is so close and easy to use for your boat. Only negative is the mattresses need to be replaced. We had 6 adults & everything in the house functions well. We brought a Blackstone table top griddle where we made most of our meals outside. Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Overall the location and stay were good. The house met our needs. The gas grill was not usable and the hot tub was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. We had a great time and home met almost all our expectations. Views were amazing. Owner was very responsive to any issues we had.”

“We stayed here with our 5 kids, ages 18-25. The house has plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen has 6 burners on the stove and a double oven so it was convenient for cooking for a group and we had everything we needed (but if you plan to make anything that requires tools other than the kitchen basics just remember to bring those items with you as well as containers if you plan to store leftovers in the fridge). “This is the best lake house we have visited! Clean, comfortable, amazing neighborhood, and the best part is it's located in a quiet cove where you can safely swim without heavy boat traffic. Everything is as pictured and listed. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions. We can't wait to come back!”

“This lake house was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy Smith Lake. We cooked on the Weber grill every day and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The pontoon boat and water toys were perfect for the teenagers and young adult grandchildren too. We are already making plans to return!”

The huge screened-in porch was absolutely perfect for enjoying a good book on while also soaking in the view. The house was pretty clean overall, but seemed like maybe we were the first ones there after being left empty for the winter - some cobwebs on the walls/ceiling and some stains on the comforters.”
