Welcome to our beach house, which is steps from the sandy shores. This luxurious retreat offers panoramic ocean views, modern design, and all the comforts of home. With two spacious bedrooms, an expansive rooftop deck featuring a cozy fire pit, and high-end amenities, this home is perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. Located in the tranquil West Side Miramar neighborhood of Half Moon Bay, you'll enjoy easy access to scenic coastal trails, local shops, and pristine beaches.
The first floor features a welcoming entryway. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. On the second floor, you'll find the luxurious primary bedroom with a California King bed, plush linens, elegant decor, en suite bathroom, and large windows showcasing beautiful ocean views. The cozy second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for guests or family. This floor has an additional well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures and a refreshing shower. Rounding out the second floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances that is perfect for preparing delicious meals, complemented by a dining area with ample seating and an open living room with a smart TV. The third floor has a workspace with panoramic ocean views and a twin sleeper sofa.
