“This house was recently gutted and renovated. The attention to detail is outstanding. Perfect location for walking to many restaurants and shops. The did a great job of maintaining some seclusion while on the property. We had trouble getting the HVAC to behave and the owner came out himself within a couple hours to solve the problem. Highly recommend if staying in this area. Within yards of beach, coffee, distillery, seafood and Italian food. Not sure what more you need. ”

“Centrally located and well appointed home. Very quiet as well. We slept great! As a family of five we were able to all take showers back to back and there was still hot water. Heater worked well to keep the house warm at night. There is a super cute park down the street with two play structures. There were a lot of stairs, but led to some fantastic views of the bay. We were lucky to be there on a clear day! ”
