“Property is not as it seems online, was not advised even at check in that the outdoor pool is closed - has been for some time, even though we were talking about it. TV’s don’t work, restaurant is closed, everything is very run down and damaged, shower drains don’t drain well, doors don’t lock, room doors don’t shut without extreme force. Very disappointed considering what’s advertised and the price paid”

“So many complaints with this cottage. Biggest one is that the pool doesn't even have a pump that cleans it. Water is extremely dirty with a grime sheen seen on top of it. Upon asking Mike, he just makes excuses and false promises. Hot water tub is frigid cold and is also filthy. Looks like it's used in the pictures to attract people. “This property is quite dated for the price they are charging. We asked to have our room done after the first night but it wasn’t done. The restaurant on site was expensive and the food was terrible so do not recommend. The amenities are nice but for the price per night, I would have expected it to be more modern. They have two EV chargers but more of them would be betters. The beach is very nice though.”
