“The suite we had was very nice. The location was great, very walkable to different restaurants and the waterfront. Valet parking is cheaper than parking it yourself which is a bit odd but not really an issue (checking out it took a bit longer to get the vehicle but it wasn’t crazy). I would recommend the Sutton Place and would come back again.”

“It was great that it was centrally located and within walking distance of so many restaurants and attractions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. The water throughout the day and free coffee/tea in the mornings was a nice bonus. The only disappointing area would be the pool/hot tub area, the hot tub was small and the jets didn't work. As well, the hit tub definitely is not accessible. Overall, this is a very nice hotel and i would recommend it to my...
“While I only had breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were very nice and polite.
The room was very spacious and quiet with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. ”
“Hotel is in a good location but needs a renovation. The rooms are dated. Door latch kept sticking and would take multiple attempts to open. Roof top patio is covered in bird poop. A fire alarm went off one night and the night staff was not helpful. He didn’t keep his composure or communicate with guests.”
