“We had a wonderful stay at Stoke Lodge hotel - our room was perfect and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and they went above and beyond, even leaving a card and towel sculpture in the shape of a wedding cake in our room to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary! We enjoyed spending time in the bar which was beautifully decorated and had a great atmosphere and loved using the pool facilities, especially the outdoor pool!...
“Beautiful place, beautiful room and amazing food. I was a little bit disappointed that breakfast has now become a buffet for the "continental" part of it, even drinks are self serve. When we were there before it was all traditional table service and felt a bit nicer. It was still a great breakfast I would just prefer the old way!

“Lovely setting and views from the hotel public areas and our room. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self serve offering a good choice of hot & continental. Swimming pool was closed whilst we were there unfortunately but hot tub jacuzzi and sauna were open and available along with other Spa facilities. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us.
All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.”
