“I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous...

So Clean and updated...beds so comfortable, amazing bathrooms/showers/Washer & Dryer and I want that dryer! These folks know their Customers and make their Condo so welcoming and inviting. “Having a wrap around lanai that was big enough for relaxing and dining was amazing. This unit is located close to the pool and the Tropics restaurant. Just minutes to King and Queens shopping malls. Minutes driving to great beaches. Super quiet at night and was furnished very nicely. Lots of room for 2 couples. Everything we needed…except food and drink…was supplied. Would stay here again. “6 ladies stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolutely lovely stay. We kept commenting on how impressed we were with the area, condo, and pool/jacuzzi/restaurant area located in the condo complex. The condo had everything we needed and even had boogie boards and kids’ beach toys in the closet for guest use. Such a gem and would highly recommend staying here! ”

The owners have done a terrific job with decorating the place, a mixture of modern and Hawaiian. Everything is carefully laid out making the stay very nice. “We really enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa. The space was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for our 3 adults and one 2-year-old. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. We had no issues with parking 2 cars (one in the garage and one in a visitor parking space with a parking pass). All of the facilities from the pool to the gym were great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area!”

“This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future.”

“In Hawaii we speak of Mana, to outsiders that can be felt in something that raises the hair on the back of your neck. You feel it in the air, something mysterious but not so silly as ghosts. No, this house is filled with a spirit of its own where you can feel the life of all those that have passed through these doors. If the walls could speak it would tell you the stories of some great writer who sat where you are now staring out to the stream below. If there was one word to describe this house...

“I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again.”

“We were delighted with Honoka'a and enjoyed an evening at a ranch west of Waimea, day trips to Kona, Hilo, a tropical garden, Hilo Farmer's market, and Captain Cook monument (for two of us hikers). The accommodations were great for 6 adults. Also enjoyed the oranges off the tree in the backyard.”
