“We stayed in a suite in the palace tower. There was unsupervised construction happening on our floor for the last 3 days. It was load and completely unsafe. We were traveling with our kids and they left out chain saws, nails everywhere, hammers and tools with no workers actually there. There was no warning signs, the front office didn’t let us know there would be construction, and when I told the front office manager he had no clue about it. Additionally, the put us in the wrong room initially...

Är helt galna i solnedgångar, och det här hotellet var som gjort för solnedgångsälskare som oss.
Hade ett oceanweiw rum (nr316) som var stort och fint och med solnedgången rakt utanför balkongen.
Omgivningarna var otroligt vackra, stranden underbar.
Att det inte blev full pott för servicen beror på att Wi Fi inte ingick, och när man betalade för det så var det ändå segt och fungerade dåligt.”
“Great resort, clean and fresh! But breakfast price is unreasonably expensive (buffet is 36dollar + 25% tip) and its all about tipping for minimal service on this resort. Staff wants pouring coffe for you during breakfast, but they dont feel to served a coffee next to the pool even if its on the pool bar menu (it was to much work). ”

Lovely grounds , spa is great with hot tub and sauna that you can reserve for private time.
Birds can be noisy but you get used to them and actually look forward to hearing and seeing them around the property. ”
