âWe originally booked a stay at the melrose but ended up getting upgraded to a suite at the hotel next door (The Opera House Hotel) it was really nice and clean and affordable!â
âLoved the nostalgic touches everywhere. Bathroom design was terrible but that didnât take away from employees who were pleasant. Canât say anyone was not friendly and helpful but I need to call out Terri M as she went above and beyond. Will definitely return because of thatâ
âDominic was very welcoming and gave us a free early check in. The Edge is super close to the A subway line and if you need to be further uptown, this Hotel is a great place to stay. Had a nice gym and lounge area where you could sit and eat or just relax. Convenient location and a different experience staying in the Heights vs Midtown.â
âHelt ok rum som har lagom storlek. ACn lĂ„ter onödigt mycket. Gymmet var helt ok men frukosten var inte alls bra.
Frukosten skulle öppnat kl 6 men personalen hade försovit sig och var Àven otrevlig. Fick inte frukost förrÀn 07.15 och den var inte vÀrd att vÀnta pÄ.
Frontdesken hade trevligare personal men skulle inte rekommendera hotellet. â

âThe room and condition was good enough. Couple of minor problems - sound isolation is not good - if somebody slammed the door of wc, if has been heard in the room. The lockers were old and loud. Other things were ok.â
âThe television is should be easy to access when using screen mirror and airplay. Also, the door locks should be in good conditions, and the window locks should be functional when locking.â
âThe room we had original AC wasnât working right in room 403 (so clean) called front desk and he was such a sweetheart, when I went back to lobby the new room key was ready. Room 406 was so CLEAN!! Ice machine on the 5th floor wasnât working, Thank god there was ice cups at the corner store. The location is amazing on 3rd ave. Parking also. Smoking or non smoking room. Vending machines had raw paper also đ!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!â
âAmazing location for shopping. This hotel has so many fun activities for the family to enjoy together. The basketball court near the bar was a wonderful bonus!! I highly recommend this property â€ïžâ
âIt was a great chill stay when i went no crazy noise but u can hear outside a bit but nothing that bothers the place is clean n the staff is chill i will be goin again â
âFor being what it is, it was OK. Wouldn't stay here with my family, but as someplace to crash overnight it wasn't bad. A bit run down, but the room was clean and the bathroom had even good soaps, shampoo and lotions. Front desk guy (behind glass) was friendly and helpful. â

"They did not make up the room even though we had the please clean sign out. The mat felt dirty and there were not towels etc. for all of us (but was provided when we asked for it). "

"Second time in this hotel and we like it! Residential, not touristy area. Nice staff and lobby, good cleanliness. No restaurant but many options close by. Rooms are a not super well isolated so noise from highway is a bit of a minus."
"Good place to stay for some period of time. Stayed in 14-bed room, but didn't have any inconveniences. The beds have curtains, so it's comfortable to sleep. Make sure you have sleeping mask and earplugs. Bathrooms are warm and clean. The staff is very friendly. There are also a lot of activities to socialize, if you want. Unfortunately didn't have time to participate. The location is good enough, near the 103rd station "1" trains. The area is also walkable."
