“Reception promised to freeze some bottles for us to keep some food fresh but they put it in the refridgerator and everything got ruined. Don´t say yes when you don´t understand a question.”

It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.”

“Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!”

“Our stay was truly spectacular for the price. Where else can you get practically a 2 bedroom apartment to stay in Hamilton for so cheap? Beds were quite comfortable, the rooms were very clean, the AC was ice cold (perfect), my only complaint was there was only 1 mirror which was located in the bathroom, only reason that was an issue was due to 3 girls trying to get ready for a night out, but other than that it was great! Would definitely stay again!!”
