I encountered an ADA violation and ECA issues due to bugs during my stay. I was informed that if I was dissatisfied with the accommodations, I should consider alternative arrangements, after I checked in. Following a three-day stay, I received a call from the manager after I checked out. The front desk staff, in particular, the same agent on duty both nights, exhibited unprofessional behavior and declined to investigate or address the issues. This experience was utterly disappointing. As a retired hospitality executive with Marriott, I was astonished by the franchise owners' apparent lack of adherence to accessibility standards. The manager's inquiries regarding my desired resolution seemed misplaced, as I had merely sought an apology and a room change, neither of which were provided. This constitutes a significant failure in customer service.
