“The Rose Garden is the perfect Zen getaway! Peaceful view of nature from the patio for your early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Living room is comfortable, and kitchen is compact and well-stocked. Bedroom/bathroom are comfortable and clean. The host was very accessible and checked in to see if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again!”

“I rented this as a spot for my mom and two teenage nephews while they were in town visiting. Home in we super cute, cold AC, easy to connect to WiFi. The location is very convenient to everything and the outdoor space was just so super cute and relaxing. She’s already said she wants to stay at the same place during her next visit!”

“Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.”

“Connie got in touch with us the day of check in and allowed us to get in the apartment early. The apartment was easy to find and we used the door code supplied to get in. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was just right for our visit. Connie was a great host and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.”

“This place is nothing more than a motel 6, the room had a fridge and a 2 burner flat top. The burners did not work. The bathroom had pubic hair all in it and the shower barely drained. The bathroom is unfinished with dirty cracks in the walls. The room smelled like smoke to the point we had to buy candles to offset the smell.Would not ever stay here again it should be a 40 a night place.”

“This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

“We have been visiting Wrightsville Beach since 2014, and this was our fourth year staying at this property, either on Side A or Side B. We love the close proximity to the beach and the extra storage space beneath the house, which is especially convenient for beach gear. We also appreciate the recent upgrades that have been made to the property. However, we were disappointed that the new turf installation took place during our stay. For two full days, there was constant loud construction...
