“Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. “I was looking for a place that was cost effective and convenient for my niece's wedding. Her wedding was held at 128 South. We were about a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet, you hear the crickets at night kind of quiet.Appliances were clean and ready to use. Although I did not use it, the coffeemaker was clean and ready for use. K-cups are there ready for use.The beds were comfortable.Would I request the place again if I returned to Wilmington ... absolutely!”

“The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet.”

“Nicely maintained home. Well stocked kitchen. Great view of the beach, easy access to the beach just across the street. Loved the hot tub. I believe the screen door off the livingroom needs to be put in the track. Owner was very patient & helpful when I called him when we got stuck in the elevator!It was a great experience & we had a wonderful time.”

“We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't...

“I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game...
