“Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. Expedia will keep getting my business because...

“Lägenheten har ingen utsikt, som att man bor i en källarlokal. Det går avloppsrör i vardagsrummet och ljud av rinnande vatten är ständig. När soffan har bäddats ut finns inga sitt möjligheter i vardagsrummet. Köket är litet och trångt för tre personer. Kackerlackor tar sig in i bostaden trotts bra städning. Snabb svar från uthyraren och trevlig bemötande. ”

“The apartment was divided into two spaces on separate floors. The 2nd floor space was a bedroom and bath, it was very moldy smelling with no windows. My daughter slept on the sofa in our space because it was so musty. There was a fan that just blew the musty air around. The apartment is in a great location.”

L’appartement est très bien situé : proche d’une épicerie, d’un arrêt de bus, de restituants et 20min à pieds pour se baigner. Il est propre, bien aménagé et tout est fait pour se sentir bien : de la lessive à disposition, du produit vaisselle, des tablettes de lave vaisselle. “The location was excellent. Close to bus and ferries, water taxi’s. There were coffee shops and restaurants near by. The host communicated right away. The apartment was well stocked with utensils, towels, bedding and kitchen spices. AC in bedroom was excellent! Things that could be improved: - mattress was hard - shower head holder was broken - had to hold it by hand -no flipper for frying pan -bathroom door was folding Plastic door, hard to close Overall we enjoyed our stay.”
