“Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. “Happy with the house”

“Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well.”

“We absolutely loved Sarah’s place. Ideal location for visiting the area with kids. The house was very clean, well equipped, and we all had a blast in the game room. The location next to Cacapon State Park was great. We had a wonderful time at the lake. We would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back in the future!”

“The house was bright and open. There was plenty of seating for everyone to hang out. We loved the arcade game and pool table. We spent SO much time in the downstairs living room. The set up and lights were perfect for family movies. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our day. If you want to relax - this is the place!”
