“Came to Hanoi for a concert, stayed for a full week. The front staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.”

“We used many other units in this property. This particular one was well maintained and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property.”

“We were a bit surprised that a newly opened five-star hotel does not have elevator access all the way up to the rooftop pool. My son had a broken leg during our stay and preferred to rest at the hotel rather than go out in the city. The pool would have been perfect for him to relax, but unfortunately it was difficult for him to access due to the lack of elevator all the way up. Aside from this, the hotel is beautiful and has great potential, but this is something worth considering, especially...

“1 room is clean everything new 2 but the only thing I dont understand that why the hotel do not have anyone help with the luggage and staff especially women resceptionist really rude and racist to Vietnamese pp their attitude with their own pp very bad . I pay the same you should have to treat me the same way you speak and talk to foreigner. 3 Food is basic nothin special . Stay here for 4 days 0 star for women emplyees at front dest”

“Excellent value for the price. My room was more of an apartment unit than a typical hotel room, with a full kitchen, stand-up, fridge, sofa and large tv. Cau Giay is not the most central neighborhood, but it was nice to get out of the touristy zone. Staff was polite.”

“Good hotel but only smoking rooms. If you are not a smoker. Don't book this. Great restaurant.”

“good”

“Overall it was good. Location isn’t the best but it’s at a discount. Aircon did work but not well and spilled a ton of water everywhere. Not complaining, overall I enjoyed my time there and the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you’re a solo traveler or someone that isn’t too picky.”
