“We did not even say we went in the room and it smelt so bad of mildew and mold it was burning my kids noses and burning my throat. We cannot even stay in the room. We were offered another room but no refund however we did not want the other room because their office smelled just like mildew and mold as well. Meaning the whole building smells that way. The guy refused to give us a refund. The room is not worth $200. This was a rip off and they need to use their money to bleach the mold out of...

“I was there with my Mom for a weekday conference, and the price was a good value for what the property offered. The only thing that was frustrating was the walls seem to not be as soundproof as they could be. The first night there was a guest above us that sounded like an elephant walking back-and-forth about 50 times between the hours of 10 P.M. and midnight, and the family in the room next to us sounded like they were in the hallway right outside the door. “The online info indicated the 2 king rooms for myself and my elderly traveling companion were handicapped accessible. I asked the guy on the phone if there were high toilets, grab bars and a shower that you didn't have to step over the edge of a tub into and he said that was the case. I was very clear and specific. When we got to the motel none of that was true. We had low toilets, a tub shower combo, no grab bars and a slippery tub surface. Very disappointing!”
