“Jackie is a wonderful host – she was waiting for us at the end of the driveway when we drove up and not only showed us around the cottage but also provided lots of information and tips about things to do in Sedona. We had a couple of requests during our stay and all we had to do was text her and she took care of our needs. The nice little cottage is cozy in every possible way. We felt right at home. It is a relaxing space in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a comfortable living room/kitchen area...

“ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING. This is the second time I have stayed in a vacation rental in Payson and this one, by far, was the best! I own vacation rentals in other areas and I took notes!! The unit was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate (usage of things). The backyard was a great place to hang out with friends, the beds were super comfy and there were lots of extra pillows! The 'disposable' items that you don't normally find in rentals were great (spices, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash)....

“The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.”

“The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. Also the pillow that was on the sofa was very dirty and I was afraid to even touch it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Wanda and Bill Remm”
