“This property accepted our reservation AND FULL PAYMENT for the stay but was SOLD OUT and they refused to REFUND our money!!!!! And there is no recourse through Expedia! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations.”

“In a great location. Great security (guard at gate & generally safe). Nice to see young people working at reception & kitchen. Good yummy breakfast. Some dinner options not available but this is due to country food shortages not necessarily the property. Owner of lodge easy to contact & very professional.”

“This guest lodge is lovely and modern and is located in a good location that is both walkable and convenient. The service needs to be improved a bit as the breakfast often started late and took too long to arrive to the table so it wasn't convenient for folks that were eating on the go before work. The mattresses are also very hard and not comfortable. They left me with a backache most days. Other than that rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and the staff are accommodating especially...

“I didn’t stay there because when I arrived, I was told all the rooms were occupied. Poor administration, systems were not updated to reflect that there were no available rooms.”

“We felt comfortable and quiet in this big house. The kids had room to do things alone or together and the pool was a highlight. The stairs have gates so that protected from accidents with our 2 year old, and the pool was netted so also we felt safer with the door open. We appreciated the reasonable price of the house, the clean and tidy appearance, the lovely pool and garden and privacy. The house has some wear and tear, electricity and water challenges, but Tapiwa was available to keep things...
