En kort promenad upp på gatan från Harbor Beach Mariana, världens största mangjorda hamn (med 6 offentliga båtlanseringar och 114 båtlister) och Grice maritime museum. Vakna till magnifika andetagande soluppgångar för att börja dina dagar äventyr och utforskning. Strax norr om den charmiga lilla sjön staden Harbour Beach en liten stad, med många alternativ inklusive vatten parker med sandstränder och fiske brygga, lätta hus turer, museer, bibliotek, biograf. bönder marknad, festivaler och konstmässor säsongsmässigt på Murphy museet varje fredag 24 maj - 11 okt, från 2-6 PM. Harbor Beach Maritime festivaler 11-14 juli. En fotgängare cykel / vandringsled strax nerför gatan från vårt hem kopplar allt. Det finns en kajak-åtkomstpunkt vid Trescott gågata. Utflykter av vårt 1885 ljushus är tillgängliga på lördagar under hela sommaren. Museer, bibliotek, biograf. Plus bara en kort bilresa till andra roliga Lake Huron främsta städer som Port Hope, Grindstone, Caseville, Port Austin. För mer information och saker att göra, kolla Harbour Beaches hemsida.
Du har tillgång till hela utrymmet exklusive källaren (mitt lagringsområde) och grunder hela vägen till vattnet. där det finns en brandring på stranden och loggplatsen, är du välkommen att använda säkert på egen risk. Det finns gott om trä att samla på fastigheten för användning i brandringen.

We stayed for a long weekend to get away and relax. This was the perfect place to do it. It was quiet and peaceful. The beach is private but shared with the rental next door. Which was no big deal because the ladies staying next door were there to relax like us.

This house was amazing, The kitchen was the best part. The bed was really comfortable, the view to the water was great. We saw deer which we love, and birds. Joe was extremely nice and very accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra day so we contacted him, and it was available so we were happy. We hope to come back, this is one of our favorite places

Stayed for a family reunion around Wagner Park area. Stay was great, access to reunion was great, my kids and grand kids were all happy with the house. Even showed to a couple cousins. Will try to book for next year.

Overall, a great place to stay would highly recommend, however the floor in the downstairs bedroom is very slippery when only wearing socks be careful. One other suggestion for the host would be to provide some luggage stands in the bedrooms where there is nothing to place your suitcases on only the floor.

This home is absolutely stunning! Pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, clean, and so comfortable. The kiddos were beyond excited to stay in the jungle room. They had a blast playing upstairs in all of the little nooks. I felt it was a good environment for the littles other than a few sharp edges that I needed to cover (the edges of the trundle bed and kitchen counters.) The glass top of the tv stand made me nervous but it did not end up being an issue. The path to the water was shorter than expected. The views are stunning and it is very quiet and private. It was not a good spot for playing in the water but the local beach downtown was so perfect and only a 4 minute drive. I highly recommend this home for families or adults looking for a peaceful escape. I will warn you, there are very few options for dining out and we had a particularly negative experience with the local pizza place. Its worth it to drive a little farther to go to Boonedocks (so good!). Otherwise, you will want to bring all of your food with you to cook.

Lakeshore house

Special weekend for parents

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was comfortable. The view of the lake was very nice. The beach is a bit weedy. The beds were comfortable. The outside of the house needs some cleaning up but the inside was fine.

Great place to stay in Harbor Beach

Beautiful & Quiet Lakefront Home

The home was beautiful, and located within walking distance to downtown Harbor Beach. We especially loved walking along the path to watch the freighters go by. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area!
