“This place was better than anticipated.Everything looked as it seemed on the listing.However the kitchen was a lot nicer in person. The kitchenware was really nice. We really didn’t need to bring anything other than food. The location is almost walking distance to knobs knob and Boyne highlands.. all bathrooms had very hot water and plush towels along with shampoo,conditioner and body wash. They provide you with wood to use for the fireplace. The sauna easily sits 6 people.there are so paint...

“Spirit Lake Retreat is upscale and very cozy. It’s located in a remote area in Cross Village and offers a “glamping” feeling. I rented three studio’s and they were identical in furnishings etc. However, only two had air conditioning units. It is in a remote location so the internet is spotty but it’s so beautiful in Cross Village. We had a great time at Legs Inn and Sturgeon Bay Dunes! It’s a quiet peaceful retreat!”

The property is modern, extremely clean and the perfect location to all the great Up North offerings like Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, the Tunnel of Trees and the famous Legs Inn is in walking distance. Cross Village is quiet, quaint and peaceful! Check in and check out was a breeze and the hosts were wonderful! Comfy beds and a great shower were just what we needed after a full day...

“We rented this home for my sister's bachelorette party and it was the perfect home for our group. The hostess communicated the day before and the day of and was super sweet. The house itself is SO cozy and cute. The beds were the comfiest beds in any rental I have ever stayed in. She also has a lot of great books throughout the house and a ton of awesome games. The location is perfect and close enough to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you want a cozy weekend...
