“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. Lewis the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Highly recommend GBC”

“I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!”

“Worse hotel to stay at. It’s more a timeshare than a hotel. No elevators to get to your room. You have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Poor customer service. Waited 3 hours after check in for out room to be ready because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Nobody to help with your luggage so you have to carry all your luggage up 10 flights of stairs in a zig zag path. One restaurant that closes early and only have 3 options and are over priced. “The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”
