De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, betrokken en heel gastvrij. “We didnt get the room expected or on pictures. Upon our arrival they said the castle was full and we would get a chalet. We got chocked and didn’t know what to do but accept us getting a lower standard room. All was quite strange and we got a cabin at the very end of the garden. In the morning I told the owner we weren’t happy and he said he would reimburse us. To be nice I tried to be polite and then in the end he never reimbursed us. “We booked in the morning, arrived the same day. I did not want to make a 6h drive to disney just to be completly exhausted. Did not read the info very well, so it was kind of a suprise of what we would find. We are with 1 adult and 3 kids.
