Enjoy the wonderfully central location and remarkable privacy of the Knoll House. Extensively renovated throughout 2021, this fabulous retreat-style home boasts an enviable location, striking design, heated plunge pool and 270 degree views.

A 5 minute walk to both Killcare beach and the cafes and restaurants of Hardys Bay in a secluded yet central location on the edge of the National Park with beautiful beach, bay and bush views. Enjoy outdoor lounging, alfresco dining, recliners and pool.
The space
Bright and extremely private, the Knoll House enjoys 270 degree views from the ocean to the bay and across the national park. Wonderfully central, you"re only a short walk to the beach, to the bay, or to a myriad of beautiful bush walking tracks.

Please note that due to its features and location the Knoll House is strictly adults only, no pets, accommodation.

The Area:
Killcare is the secret gem of the Central Coast. Surrounded by Bouddi National Park there are numerous bushwalks to seven secluded beaches. Killcare Beach is patrolled over the summer months with a kiosk and restaurant at the Surf Club. The southern end has the added bonus of a natural rock pool ideal for the little ones. Putty Beach at the northern end of the beach is ideal for snorkelling, fishing or swimming as it is protected from the swell.
The village precinct of Hardys Bay is a short walk away and has everything you need from a general store and bottle shop, art gallery and boutique shopping to cafes with freshly baked breads and pastries. There are some great restaurants for an evening out. Further around towards Wagstaffe you can catch a ferry to Palm Beach or hire out the tennis courts.

Due to its features and location the Knoll House is strictly adults only, no pets, accommodation.

Luxury and privacy in the bush overlooking the ocean

This place was the perfect for our weekend getaway - so organized and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly want or need is provided here - heated plunge pool, outdoor lounge, huge BBQ, swinging hammock chairs, double showers, coffee machine, welcome hamper, and there’s even an honesty bar. Every item is top quality - Aesop products, magnificent bed linen, Zip tap with sparkling water. Plenty of beautiful cosy sitting areas inside to enjoy the stunning views and only 5 mins walk (downhill) to cafes and IGA on the bay. Plenty of thoughtful touches and additions provided. Looking forward to returning
