We arrived late and I had to use the restroom. Linda at the check in desk told me that no restroom was available in the lobby area. After check in, I found out that there was one. I assume she told me that before she realized that I was prepaid. The room was nice and the bed didn’t have enough pillows ...

The room was neglected, not cleaned, dust, hair, the bathtub and the wall was disgusting. There was hair bed cover, sheets, towels, and the floors. Even though I complained about the room I booked which was non smoking room and how nasty it was, the staff switched my room and gave a smoking room ...
