“This place is absolutely beyond amaze. From the location, the cleanliness, the accomodations, and the friendliest host. Everything you could think of or imagine was provided. The only thing you need to pack and bring with you is your clothes because everything else is provided by the host. We will definitely stay again and it will be our new tradition with family to stay here. If you're not staying here you're missing out.”

“This was our third time at 815 Broad to celebrate a birthday. The house is perfect and very well maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the waterfront. We are planning to come back next year.”

“It was a perfect place for my mom’s vacation/ holiday. She’s 96 and this was an easy place for her to stay. The back yard and neighborhood was perfect and we all were happy including the 13 year old dog. My sister lives 1/2 block away and all the family got together at her place for a fun filled thanksgiving. Great place!!!! And clean! Thanks!”

The home is one row away from the beach, easy walk to the beach access only a few steps away. Nice neighborhood. Within a 3 min walk to a great restaurant/bar Island Grill. “This home is a gem. The only issue is that the HVAC unit/heat pump couldn't keep the interior temperature above 62 degrees (without using the emergency heat function) on nights when the outside temperature was in the mid-forties.”

“This is my second stay and won’t be my last. The property provides easy access (and views!) to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has all the comforts you need while on vacation. I love staying here - it feels like home, but also feels like a a vacation oasis. The Moore’s make the entire process so easy and accessible. Always a great experience . . . except the party where your vacation has to end. ;)”

“Our family of nine enjoyed staying at "Tidal Treasure" very much. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is pet friendly, and it was actually less expensive to pay the pet fee than to board two dogs. The kitchen was well equipped, though we only had breakfast and lunch there and went out for dinner as there are so many great restaurants. We had enough bedrooms for three couples and the three grandkids had their own bunk room, which is up a separate staircase. That may not work with...

“My family, friends and I had a blast. It was a beautiful place to stay. We were able to walk to downtown no problem! The kitchen was perfect, as we had decided to make dinner one night, and breakfast in the morning. We all enjoyed having our morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine on the front porch! Super easy check in and checking out process. Would stay here again!”

“Very comfortable, cozy studio. Everything you would need for a weekend or week or more stay. Beautiful views from the second floor balcony and literally steps to the beach. Quiet and convenient to everything you could need or want. Perfect little get-a-way!”
