“Visited off season. Clean rooms. Beautiful scenery. Had a massage and body scrub at the spa which were amazing. Staff at the spa were very helpful and the beauticians did a great job. The food at the Spotted Donkey Cantina wasn’t great. Felt like microwave food. The service was good.”

The only negative was I fell in love with your turkey blt at proof, the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever tasted and they then took it off the menu half way through the holiday!!! “Beautiful property and great location, but front desk service needs improvement We recently stayed here for a week for our wedding trip. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Positives: First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s nice, peaceful, and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The pool area is excellent and well-maintained. “Nice facility with a great pool area and several restaurants. The rooms are big, clean and they all have a balcony. Service level is very high and you feel very welcome in this facility. The spa is among the best I ever tried. Surrounding golf courses are really nice.”

“The hotel is situated approximately 150 feet from an 8 Lane Freeway not a great place if you’re a light sleeper even with earplugs I had phoned the hotel before booking and they assured me it was quiet inside and then they refused to refund my money for the remainder of my stay so I can move somewhere else so all in all not very happy with the experience”
