“We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! It was clean and comfortable and close to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. The street parking was no issue - huge street with plenty of room. The one thing that could use improvement is the showerhead - it's a small thing and didn't affect our rating but it could definitely use an upgrade.”

“The house is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are three bedrooms that are charming. The large bathroom was amazing. The double doors take you back to midevil times. Plenty of linens and soap. They leave you some much coffee and creamer along with a large basket of snacks. The beds were ultra comfortable. They have ROKU tv. The back sitting porch was so relaxing. I saw horses and deer every morning. The pool was beautiful. Very charming. Adorned with flowers all over the yard....

“Just a few blocks off Sydney Baker and up a hill is the cutest, fullystocked, beautifully laid out little getaway! Game room next door,a pool, and breathtaking views! Its tucked up and away from center of town but less than 5 min drive! Super private, relaxing, safe, and comfortable! A MUST for a quick weekend getaway”

“The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some.”
