“I planned this trip for my birthday, and it was absolutely what I was hoping for. The people running the place were beyond kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable/happy. The cabin was exactly as portrayed, if not better. ”

“I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable.”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay at Riverwood Cabin. It is a beautifully appointed cabin with lots of room in a private tree and river setting. They even have a diverse vinyl record collection, which we enjoyed listening to! It is close to North Conway, NH, and accessible to all things Southern Maine. Darlene is a wonderful host! Looking forward to returning. ”

“We had such an amazing time! Our grandchildren had the best time sledding. My husband and son shoveled out the 3 feet of snow from the house to the fire pit, then shoveled out the fire pit area and made an igloo that surrounded it! We had the best time making s’mores and roasting hotdogs over the open fire.The highlight for me was an evening fire in the most amazing fireplace I’ve ever seen.Loved it!”

“We had such a wonderful time at this A-frame! The location is perfect - tucked away about 10 minutes from town but still easily accessible, and just a short 5-minute walk to the pond. The house itself was spotless, which was especially impressive since it's pet-friendly. Honestly, you'd never know pets had stayed there - no lingering odors whatsoever. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC on both levels kept us cool during the warmer days, and we loved having two decks to...

“We had a wonderful experience in this house! The location was in walking distance to Cranmore Mountain and only a few minutes from downtown N Conway. Communication with Abbey was great, very responsive. House was as advertised, clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of parking, fenced in backyard for our dog. We were very comfortable and made our weekend in NH. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed in the Basic Cabin with 1 queen, 2 twin beds. It was quaint, small, clean, old rustic and appeared to have had some renovations. The queen bed was soft and comfy. The twin bed mattresses were thin and harder. Couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, and the gas wood stove wasn’t needed on a hot night. All the cooling came from a small window A/C unit. Kitchenette was pretty stocked. Bathroom was quite small and there wasn’t a toilet paper rod. The exposed pipes behind the shower were...
