An easy walk up to the Afton market for gourmet sandwiches, minutes away from wineries and breweries. ”

The grounds are beautiful, the host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved the Zen vibe and the amenities available, although we didn't use many of them this time. We will be back.”

“Just park your car and walk to see Staunton Historic District. The rental was AWESOME!!!! Just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood. We decided to stay an extra day, the communication was quick & done. We are already talking about coming back in spring. The whole experience was wonderful. Book this, you’ll love your stay :)”

“Our stay was peaceful the setting was rustic and whimsical and our room was very clean. Staff was ready to help when we need to evict a wasp nest close to our doorway as my husband is extremely allergic. We would definitely stay again!”

“Really quiet area and the room had all the amenities. Kitchen, 2 balconies, TV, Wifi and a really good bathroom! We enjoyed the view best of all, both in day and at night. There was plenty of stars at night and a nice forest behind us. This is our first time so we’ll definitely come back!”

“Fantastic stay for Shenandoah hikes. Make sure to shop before hand because grocery and gas are quite far, but the property is beautiful and has many little critters running about near the main clubhouse (i.e., kitties of many kinds and a massive duck as well). The grill is a George Forman but it still worked as well as we needed for basic hot dog and burgers for dinner. Overall great experience and will absolutely book again if we return for more hiking!”

“I traveled to Shenandoah national Park and it was struggling to find the best place to stay since the park is such a long park. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. It was a very good location towards the middle. That was also very close to the Luray caverns. The home itself was so nice and spacious. I really like that there was a full kitchen so we could cook instead of eating out the whole time.. ”

“It was a little bit difficult to find at first but we're happy once we found it and got in. This is a fun little place to explore and a quick drive into Ruckersville and not a super long commute to Chatlottesville. This was a great little get away! ”

“We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. ”
