“Staff very friendly and accommodating Bathroom in much need of renovation bathtub looked scratched and dirty toilet paper dispenser off the wall Bed pillows very thin and not comfortable No drawers in room Bath towels thin and hard to dry off Very noisy and didn’t feel safe”

“Our stay was most enjoyable. Accomodations were great. Coffee 24/7! Our hosts were friendly. The downtown location allowed us access to a grocery store, eateries, souvenirs, etc. We will return.”

He said no one could fix until next day. Did not accept. He said he should talk to manager and left. No other rooms he said. We went down with all luggage. Said we wanted to cancel and book another hotel as was late and we wanted to go and eat. Then he said a man is coming to change the lamp. He did not seem to understand (or did not want...
