“Great cottage for us to stay with easy access to the lake to use our boat! ”

“We came to visit the Silver Lake Sand Dunes but we had more fun hanging out at the rental!! The property is in a wonderful location! A park right across the street, the beach 5 minutes away, and a mini market with ice cream on the corner. Our family made great use of the kayaks, tubes, cornhole, and horseshoes supplied by the host. We had such a fun time my son wanted to rebook for July 4th but it’s already reserved. ”

“We had a Great vacation staying at the Rheles Roost cabin! It was a short walk to the beaches of Lake Michigan where we could point our chairs one way and be looking at the Gorgeous lake or turn them the opposite and watch all the fun on Silver Lake Sand dunes. We had a beautiful week! The cabin sleeps 5-6 comfortably and has everything you would need. We had about a 10 minute drive into Mears to check out the town. “The cabin is small, but served our need. Very well furnished and decorated exquisitely. Outside space is wonderful, excellent swimming for kids, large front yard leading to the lake and plenty of parking. We loved our stay!”

“The cottage was the perfect size for us. Watched sunsets on the deck almost every night. We were so impressed with how well appointed the place was. Plus a welcome basket of goodies! We loved that we could rent a kayak for the week as well as a pontoon boat for a day from Ferwerdas across the lake. The owners also clued us in on a great beach nearby that we loved. Location was perfect for getting to Pentwater as well as Silver lake.Thanks for a great week!”

“Wonderful home for a vacation at the beach. The host has thought of everything. My family spent the majority of time outdoors. With three hammocks, a hot tub, fire pits in the yard and at the beach, a swim platform, and beach toys, we were well occupied! The awning of the deck was perfect for relaxing under on the comfy outdoor couch and chairs. The flattop grill was a huge hit and we made most of our meals on it. ”

“Awesome spot in Bitely if you’re looking for peace and quiet. No neighbors to speak of and a great little beach for the dogs. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again sometime! ”

We were blessed by Ron who met us in Whitehall to return an item we had left behind. We will happily return as this place always meets our needs! The plus is the delicious bakery just down the road”
