“This review is for the house next door…1house closer to the lake -not this house. Due to a glitch in booking we were asked to stay in the 4 bedroom, 2 bath house next door. I can’t remember the booking title but I’m sure you could contact the hostess and ask about it if you need bigger accommodations.Location is key here! So close to Lk. Mi, the State park, a cute park on the channel, easy walk to town. The big covered porch is great for people watching and relaxing. The street there is busy but...

“It was perfect for our girls weekend, especially with the pontoon rental! Great gathering space and kitchen?”

“Adequate accommodations and good location in the downtown Ludington area. However, check in instructions were poor. No outdoor door codes given until we spent 45 minutes trying to access the unit with the instructions provided. Heads up, you need two different door access codes to get into the outside door and the unit door. Used dental floss found next to bed in one bedroom. Duvet cover stained and dirty.”

“Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...
