“This property exceeded all expectations! Besides being extremely clean and comfortable, it was so peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and made preparing meals a breeze. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept great. What really capped everything off was the ability to rent/use the kayaks and the paddle boat...we all spent hours on the lake relaxing and fishing. I am hoping that our family gets to come back to this part of MI again just so we can stay at this property again....

“We stayed here in June and the location and property were great! The host was quick to communicate. The property was clean and the house was fully stocked - we’ve never seen a house so stocked for its guests! We appreciated that so much! The only thing we noticed was the pictures portray a much larger yard and since the photos were taken, the neighbor has put up a fence which makes this yard much much smaller than it appears. The photos need updating as the patio set up and areas around the...

“Had a great trip to South Haven with friends. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect, being just a couple of blocks from downtown South Haven. The bed we slept in was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Aaaweron, our host, was easy to reach and very quick to respond. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this home in South Haven!”

“The Whiskey Run Lodge was amazing - even better than the pictures! Three families (6 adults) - plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy. The house is very well-stocked with everything you need. The amenities are awesome! Perfect location: 10 minute drive to downtown South Haven and 10 minute walk to Covert Beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return someday!”

“The house was a perfect stay. The home has all the amenities. The bathroom has all complimentary toiletries, coffee bar with coffee pods, laundry pods provided as well. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. The basement has a fun game room and garage has lots of yard games. Several adults and kids bikes available along with helmets. Communication with the owner was wonderful. Great stay!”

“Bikes were all flat or had damaged tires. One of the main reasons we picked the property was for the use of bicycles. Disappointed. The property was very expensive for what was offered. Some of the cleaning could have been better.”

“Precious property and neighborhood. Loved being able to walk to the beach, especially since the hosts shares a wagon and other beach items with guests - so made hauling our stuff super easy. Wish we would have brought our bikes as the town and neighborhood are flat, calm and easy to navigate. The house is small and charming - the Nintendo was a rad bonus too! So the perfect little retreat!”

“Clean house, well equiped, very quiet location, easy access to fishing, caught mostly bluegills and a bass. Comfortable stay for 4 people. We did not have a pet but dogs are welcome. ”
