“The property is perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. There are some cats and a dog on property that were super friendly. The communal area is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others!”

“So grateful to have gotten away and more grateful that we got to bring our dogs with. Easy to find following owners directions. Better to take an all wheel drive vehicle. We took our Dodge 3500 extended cab, had to use 4 wheel drive, but it was expected. Would take our Subaru next time and not just because of this driveway. Cabin was clean, had all the utensils we needed to cook all of our meals, except a can opener (couldnt find it). Plenty spacious for 2 couples if you had extra people come...

“This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...

“Check In information wasn’t sent, had to ask for it when we arrived. Dishes weren't very clean. Certainly tenants are responsible for cleaning what they use before us, but we had to wash several items just to have enough for our family. We almost ran out of toilet paper on a 4 day stay. There was no liquid soap in the dispenser in the main bathroom. Had to use body wash. Just didn’t seem like the standard VRBO offers. Could easily be fixed. ”
