“I’ll start by saying the inn keeper was very nice and helpful (we requested to move rooms as the one we’d been assigned was not acceptable), but having said that… this property has so much potential but at its current condition is sub-par. The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul. “This was such a beautiful plave to stay and great value! The owners thought of everything. Decor top notch... immaculate, bright and comfy. Everything we needed was available including beach towels and chairs if you forgot to bring your own. The location was quiet but still close to so many popular Cape Cod locations. Only issue... it had no stove... BUT a grill was available for use so that was a nice substitute. Washer dryer, microwave on site. And a nice back yard and deck to relax on...
