Beläget i slutet av gatan i ett önskvärt Harwich Port-kvarter, kommer vårt stora familjehem att ge oändlig kul för hela din grupp. Koppla av på bakdäcket medan du tittar på att barnen har en blast springande runt och leker på vårt djungel gym, med stegar, apa barer och en bild. Få alla tillsammans för ett hämtningsspel av basket, eftersom vår uppfart fördubblas för en basketplan. Red River Beach ligger bara 3 minuters bilresa längs vägen, och vårt hem ligger precis runt hörnet från Main Street och Harwich Port, där du hittar gott om bra restauranger, shopping och underhållning. Gå igenom ytterdörren i vårt hem för att hitta ett kombinerat vardagsrum / matsal med en stor plattskärms-TV, bekväma soffor med gott om sittplatser och ett högt bord och stolar. På första våningen finns också ett fullt utrustat kök, formellt matsal, sovrum med queen size-säng, badrum och lugnt vardagsrum med öppen spis som är perfekt för att läsa eller koppla av. På övervåningen finns ytterligare tre sovrum: befälhavaren med en king size-säng, en med en queen size-säng och den tredje med tre fulla sängar (två våningssängar) samt ett annat badrum. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar central luftkonditionering, WiFi, kabel-tv, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i källaren, gasgrill och lakan och handdukar för varje gäst. Great family trip

My family (wife, 3 year old and 11 month old) recently stayed at the house and really enjoyed it. The check in process and communication was seamless. The house eas spacious and had a great cape cod feel. We spent a lot of time on the big back deck. The kids loved the play space and basketball hoop. We would go back again.

Wedding weekend

Great location for us. Went to a wedding at the Wychmere resort which was about 2 miles away. Very spacious and clean. Only problem was a lot of ants in the kitchen! Could have been the time of year ( May). Overall great experience

Great spot

Overall top notch. The upstairs bathroom is vintage, with pink tiling, but I love that and it gives the house a little more charm. Very suburban neighborhood. Very comfortable, great property management.

Great spot for a family getaway!

This place was amazing from the space of the house, the backyard with huge deck and the play area saved us with our 2 and 4 year olds. There’s one bedroom downstairs so anyone staying with family gets privacy. 5 minute drive to red river beach; texts with the landlord daily if anything needed. I highly recommend.

My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay! The property was conveniently located, and the home itself was clean and spacious. Great relaxing summer trip with kids home from college.

Everything about the trip was really nice. The property was well represented in the pictures. Clean, nice, spacious and comfortable. Del Mar was super professional and responsive. The location was also nice. Plenty of parking and close to lots of restaurants, stores and the bike trail. Walk to nice beach was safe and easy. Close to harbor for more activities and the ferry.

Great cape location

We headed to the cape for a golf weekend and this house was a great fit. It had plenty of room and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was a little confusion as the listing said six beds but there were only 5. Not a big deal for us but something the next renter should be aware of. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice play for kids to enjoy

The outdoor aspects of this property are clearly the best. Plenty of room to play and enjoy the secluded deck. The interior needs updating, especially the kitchen and baths. The bedrooms have little closet space and the lighting is difficult - mostly lamps without wall switches. But overall it was OK for a family weekend with good weather.

2 week true vacation

This was a lovely Home and great location. We stayed two weeks with our family and friends and had one of our best vacations. The house is so, so cozy - we never felt like we were “away from home”. Comfortable beds and furniture, GREAT living space. The kitchen is just fine - lots of kitchen and dining utilities (pots, plates, platters, etc) and great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely go back. Short drive to the beach and walking trail and so close to lots of food options and ice cream! The property manager was very helpful, kind and responsive and did a great job. Made the experience very easy.

Perfect for Families

Great family vacation rental. Plenty of room for the whole family. Close to beaches and Harwich Port. Back yard and deck are great for gathering. House is just as shown in listing photos. Del Mar Vacations was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Big house, big yard, needs some updating

Pulling into the driveway we had some concerns about the property as the outside of the house is in need of basic maintenance and not overly appealing. Overall, it was a decent home, good for families with plenty of space. The driveway was nice and big and where we spent a lot of time, and the yard itself was great for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for kids to ride bikes and go for walks. Inside the house, like outside, there is a need for updating and maintenance. The furniture in the main living room is old and uncomfortable. The couches are all sunken and dirty looking. As other reviewers noted, the kitchen appliances are very dated. The master bedroom upstairs is large and the other 3 bedrooms were also comfortable for my kids. If you're looking for a house with space and a nice yard it checks the boxes.

WEEK WITH FAMILY

The kids play area was great, lovely deck, but inside there were a few issues with broken things, which we did not have the time to have everything fixed, but hopefully all will be taken care of soon! Examples-door screens ripped, one burner not working on the stove, the shades were on the floor, broken, and as we were leaving, we noticed an overhead light out in the kitchen. Just a note here-if you have down pillows, it is a good idea to advertize that, as I am allergic to down...sneezing each morning, and chronic allergy congestion ensued. Just my thoughts. Overall, the house was comfortable, and accommodated our family. The quiet location was great, in addition to being near everything we wanted. Highly recommend The Brax Landing Restaurant! Awesome!

Beautiful Cape Cod home

High school reunion summer trip!

Once a year we rent a home in Cape Cod and this home was perfect for our three families to enjoy. So Spacious! The kids loved the play set and stayed outside on it almost everyday. The yard was large enough to play catch with our golden retriever. The comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen were our gathering spots for the week. Porch was large and inviting as well. A kids paradise

This is a very good vacation property for people with kids. My Grandson loved it! From bunk beds to the gym outside and the huge basketball court he rode his bike on. For me however it was very difficult. I have handicapped limitations so no walk in showers both bathrooms up and down have tub showers. The first floor bedroom has no dressers or closets to put your clothes there is a standing cabinet but my Husbands clothes had to stay in the suitcase. The first floor bed was horrible and the stairs were to steep for me to go to the second floor where everything is great from what my family members told me. I couldn’t use the front entrance because there is a slight incline making it difficult. I used the back deck and stairs and walk way because everything was at least flat for me. I knew about no walk in shower but I wanted to make my Grandson happy. But the downstairs bedroom looks like it was made into a bedroom by putting up a wall in the formal living room so no closets or dressers just extra sleep space for someone with a good back. All in all this is a great house for a young family and if Grandparents rent the house for them make sure you can do stairs and use tub showers.
