“Overall was a clean & decent place! Neighborhood was quiet, pretty central locations with some stores and restaurants in walkable distance. We had a bit of snag when we first arrived because the unit was a bit confusing and we couldn’t initially get ahold of the property manager but it was figured out. The second floor is the main unit we rented and had 3 bedrooms, the living room, 2 bathroom & kitchen. 3rd floor was a smaller unit with a small sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom & bedroom....

“When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe. ”

“Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste. Og vert Ali var veldig påpasselig underveis, svarte på spørsmål, tipset om flytting av bilen på grunn av soping av gata og kom med ny brødrister når den gamle ikke virket. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for 8., men ikke til 14. gode senger og godt fungerende kjøleanlegg. Enkle toalettartikler på alle bad. Det var stort sett rent og fint overalt. Det var lett å finne buss som tok deg til New York 5 minutter unna. Eneste negative ting våre ungdommer kommenterte...

“Communication with the host was very smooth and fast from the beginning, and the listing was exactly as had been advertised. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided great privacy and comfort for a group of colleagues travelling for work. Large communal areas and well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. Ideal location in central Manhattan right close to all major sites, ease of access to public transportation, car hire arrives within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.”

“the place was so lovely and comfortable! the hosts were very kind when we had some trouble getting in at first (user error), and we had no troubles at all during our stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, the house is so comfortable, and there is lots of hiking and other nature activities nearby. the sound of the creek is so soothing!”

“Had a wonderful stay at this calm n quiet property! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I had easy access to local shops and transit. The host was extremely responsive throughout and super helpful, and this is the BEST thing about this place. ”

“I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full...

“I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...
