“This was a great place to stay! I feel like it is fairly new to the VRBO market and is lacking some kitchenware. There were two skillets but both were small, I would recommend a bigger one to make cooking for the group as a whole easier. The dish drying rack doesn’t have a drain into the sink so make sure you dump the pan after you take your dishes off. “So, my reservation did not go off as planned. The host called and said there was a problem that they could not resolve in time. Then they put me in a BETTER property and offered a small discount. Everything went great. These folks are creating a world class portfolio of microhotels. I was worried that coming to Mena meant staying in one of the run-down motels on HWY 71. These are great, and shockingly cheaper!”

Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. ”
