“This is a very basic “motel” type of property. Our room overlooked the parking lot with our window directly in front of a parked car We asked to be moved and got a room on the back side facing some greenery but had a passageway for staff hauling noisy laundry carts right outside the window. Hallway rugs are tired and worn. Atmosphere was institutional and soulless. Location is off a round about in the middle of nowhere with poor signage to find the property. “We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. ”

“We chose this inn because of its high rating and location and the fact that it had parking when so many places didn’t. The views are incredible, the staff is great, and the food was so tasty. What a quaint dining room and pub. Lots of locals too! A comfortable place to be! The room was a little warm at night as there is no AC and the fan barely put out any air. But it was a big room with lots of space. We loved our stay there. ”

“We, a family of five, spent three nights at this amazing hotel in the vicinity of Bath. We have no complaints whatsoever. The eight acre garden was beautiful and so was the building. The room was spatious and clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was perfect. The kids loved the pool and my wife loved the cats strolling along in the garden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone searching for relaxation and some time off.”

“Great place to stay and relax.Only 50 min from Bath. Hotel has all you need,quiet,green area,lovely garden with tables and chairs to have a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Hotel offers breakfast but quite pricey for what you get on a plate... Other than that,highly recommended ”

“Our stay in "The Studio" hosted by Jo was an absolute high-light of our vacation! Our family of four stayed two nights as part of a roadtrip och south-west of England. The Studio is a beautifully appointed little house which feels both luxurious and cosy at the same time. Everything is very clean and well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped, just like at home, and the bathtub was perfect for relaxing. Beds are comfortable, and the host Jo was a charming lady who had baked a delicous chockolate...
