“The hotel itself was excellent, clean and very welcoming. Drinks choice was good if a little pricey but not overly. Disappointed thst breakfast started at 8am on a Saturday as I had to leave early to catch a train and missed it but this was the only thing as a miniscule blemish on a great stay ”

“The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.”

“So good for the price! Easy to park and find, lovely building and vibe. All set in a private and quiet location with beautiful trees all around.”

“We stopped over night and found everyone friendly helpful and the accommodation clean and warm everything we needed. There was large function taking place which I was emailed about beforehand to let me know they had moved my room to be a little bit further away from the noise , howeve r we did not retune till midnight so it did not effect us . 10 out of 10 will recommend and stay again ”

“Ok hotel with nice pub and friendly staff. Not really the best value for money (rather pricey even though there was mold in the shower). Very nice that we got fresh fruits every day though.”
