“Very nice condo, comfortable and clean. The stairs not a problem for us but be aware it is the top floor. Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. “Wet clean. We loved staying here with our small kids cause the pool and beach were ver accessible. This was also a good place to stay in the Oter Banks cause it was not as commercialized down here.”

Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”
