Loved the lanai. Friendly complex. Unit itself is old, but hey, so are we. Very comfortable. Great owner. Hope to return someday.

Even better than I could have ever imagined! This is the definition of PARADISE. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean breezes, and even with no AC, it stayed pretty cool between the fans and the vented windows. For our first Hawaii experience, we are so glad we chose the Windward side, which is slower paced and quieter than the city side of the island. We did get to see the sea turtles at night and early in the morning. What a beautiful experience! Terrie is the best host! Impeccable decorating and just a thoughtful place to stay. You can tell she really puts her heart into it, and she even checks on you to make sure you are doing OK. If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would! PS – our stay was May 17th through May 21st, 2026.

We loved this little cottage. It was clean and had all the ameneties that we needed. Good location for exploring the North Shore. Host was very concerned about the ongoing construction interferring with our trip, but the company doing the work always provided us with a spot. Communicaton was good. We saw turtles on the beach.

Location, Location, Location! Snorkeled with the turtles and really enjoyed the outside lanai. It's an older complex that could use some TLC but it was clean and everyone was very friendly. There was construction going on in the front parking lot that didn't really affect our stay. The owner was very proactive in notifying us about the construction and parking situation.

Amazing location! The host Terrie was very communicative and we had no issues checking in or out. We love the north shore and staying at this cottage made our trip even better! I do want to note that the cottage is one of a quad-plex (first floor, so can walk right to beach from the patio!) and the beach is shared with a hotel, so it was not as private as we initially expected, but that didn't affect our overall experience. Would book again!

Beach paradise

We enjoyed our stay. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up every morning seeing the sunrise from the lanai. Beautiful location and a very cute cottage.

Beyond Fabulous!

Stay was simply wonderful! Turtles galore and Terries property is the sweetest of all the cottages! Terries sweet all day long as well. Seriously this stay will make you come back for more.

Weekend getaway

This property is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Steps away from the beach. This part of Oahu is a slower pace than Honolulu.

Absolute Paradise

The location directly on the beach could not be better! The lanai is beautiful and it was so peaceful to relax while listening to the ocean waves. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. We would stay again!

Paradise on Oahu

Couldn't ask for anything else for this little GEM on Oahu. It is great to get away from the hussle of Waikiki and enjoy the North Shore. This little bungalow is right on the beach! Perfect romantic place for a simple get away!

Beautiful view!

While the cottage is a little old, it's comfortable and had everything we needed. The view, closeness to the beach, and the sea turtles basking on the beach in the early mornings definitely make it a place to experience. The host, Terrie, is extremely helpful and responsive.
