    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This 2-story condo is on the building's 8th floor and offers step-free entry via elevator. The 1st floor features 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom; interior stairs are required to access the 2nd floor- Guests are welcome to use the boogie boards, beach chairs, floaties & beach toys during the stay. Please report any damage- If you’d like to rent kayaks, surfboards, paddleboards, etc, the Guest Contact is happy to refer you to stores where those can be rented- There is A/C in bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and the living room. The HOA does not allow A/C in bedroom 3. Pleasant trade winds (Hawaiian air conditioning) from the ocean, combined with ceiling/floor fans, cool bedroom 3 wonderfully. You can open window slats and doors to let the ocean breeze flow from the lanai off the living room through the condo and out of bedroom 3 window, and also upstairs if desired- The condo is cleaned, and amenities are stocked between stays (not nightly)
    NOTE ABOUT ONGOING CONSTRUCTION- The building is undergoing significant multi-year renovations of the exterior cement/lanais/paint/underground pipes/grounds/parking lot/etc. The project is a little over halfway completed as of May 2025. During construction, the building exterior may appear unsightly, and construction noises can take place Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Occasionally, amenities such as the pool, gym, or exterior features may be affected by construction and temporarily closed. Rates have been adjusted accordingly. The majority of guests still have a wonderful time, as the stunning condo views/interior/furniture are located right on a pristine white-sand beach with the soothing sound of ocean waves

Our family of 10 had a fantastic time! The property had amazing views and beach access, and all the things you could hope for. We enjoyed food trucks and restaurants near by, and snorkeling with turtles right on the beach.The construction was cumbersome at times, the pool was closed, parking was more challenging than I had hoped, and there were days that we didn’t have water. There was signage and notices to let us know, and so we were able to make plans that accommodated the construction. It was all understandable, and only makes me want to return when it’s complete. All in all, it was the trip of a lifetime and we all enjoyed our stay at the penthouse immensely. Thank you!!

Overall it was ok. The sofa bed is not usable. It’s stained and dirty and when we pulled it out a bunch of cockroaches went scurrying The construction noise didn’t bother us but the parking lot was very hard to navigate. The parking spaces are very small, we had an 8 seat vehicle and could not navigate the parking space easily. Several times someone else was in our parking spot. The “BNL” spots were not available when needed Also, it’s almost impossible to not bring sand into a unit when the condo is on the beach- even after showering off outside The pictures shown are pretty accurate with what the condo looks like inside. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have beach accessories available for use

There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!

This is a great property and our family enjoyed staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, the bedding and towels were great and the washer and dryer made things very nice. We absolutely will stay here again.

I absolutely loved the location and the balconies -- outstanding! The master bedroom air conditioner stopped working the last two nights, but the ocean breeze was more than enough. Also, the kitchen and the living room, both bathrooms and the washer and dryer are very nice. But the first problem was that upon arrival, the condo was not stocked with clothes washing detergent, dishwasher detergent or the necessary sponge/scrubber to wash the pans or a wash cloth to wipe down the kitchen, despite being instructed by the owners to run the dishwasher, wash the towels and wipe down the kitchen counters every day. We had to call, and they were brought the third day of our trip. The main problem is the first floor bedroom. The floor air conditioner blew hot air and was massively loud and couldn't be used. The louvered window opens to the outside walkway where a light shines all night. And in order to have a breeze, you must hold the heavy curtains back, which was difficult, and then people can see you. And you must also keep that bedroom door open for the breeze to come through that bedroom. So privacy is a problem from the outside and inside. And despite doing those things, my son and daughter-in-law said it was still too hot to sleep well. It created an unfortunate family squabble as to who had to suffer sleeping in the hot bedroom. I paid over 8,000 for six nights, and that third bedroom was a huge problem for that price. But the ocean view, WOW!

Our family had a wonderful time at Lisa's property. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and close enough drive to North Shore as well. Definitely would come back again!

Beautiful view from the balcony

It was a nice and quiet location away from all of the crowds. A beautiful beach right in the back of the building and it was not crowded at all. We had the beach to ourselves most days.
